The wall was built or they started building it in the 1090 but most of the defensive wall was rebuilt in the 12th century and the wall had 9 gates. That were designed to let people go in and out of the place. It was built in the city of Avila. It was built as a defensive mechanism against invaders and the plague. And the ones who built the walls are the moorish prisoners. They were ordered by Alfonso VI
The impact of the walls of Avila is that now it has become a world heritage. And it became a tourist spot. And the walls are now a part of local Avila life. And the numerous amount of events are held around it. The most important ones include the following. Theater on the walls. The Ronda de las Leyendas, Mediaval Days and Poetry on the Allure.
The impact of the wall of Avila to Human Relationships is that the wall of Avila now has activities that are held because of it or around it. Because of that it improves human relationships. And it also negated problems within Avila and the surrounding cities of Avila. Because of the wall no invaders ever dared to get access of Avila. And because of that their surrounding cities are now in peace. If there was no wall then maybe their human relationships now wouldn't be as good as it is.
The relevance of the wall of Avila to the line "Good fences make great neighbors" is that the meaning of the line is that good neighbors respect one another's property. And by putting fences none of your neighbors nor you could infiltrate another's property. Just like the wall of Avila. It was built to keep off unwanted guests. Or it was a form of a defensive mechanism. To guard it from people and from outbreaks of the plague. It perfectly connects to the line. For without the wall of Avila. There would be nothing that would protect them from harm and their precious territory.
It's relevance to the poem "Mending Wall" is that. They built and repaired the wall of Avila just for them to protect themselves from invaders. And because of that wall, no conflicts were to happen and did happen. Just like in the poem it shows that having a good wall creates long lasting relationship. Just like now. The wall of Avila still stands to this day.and there have been no fights since then. That proves that mending walls really does avoid conflicts and it also helps people respect their neighbors property and vice versa. That is how the poem "Mending Wall" relate to the walls of Avila

Family day 2019-2020

The importance of love
THE IMPORTANCE OF LOVE
For me love is just a chemical reaction that helps animals to breed. But in some situations love is also a power full of emotion that can help you conquer your problems. Or it can also worsen your problems and engulf you in fear
Well for me my opinion is correct. But every opinion is correct. Because for me love is relevant and irrelevant at the same time. It just depends on the type of person. Just like in the data shown on page 112 and page 113 that some people celebrate Christmas with their family and also have gatherings. Which means their love for their family is relevant. While others would just buy tobacco and alcohol. Which means their love for their family is irrelevant. But not everyone that belongs in the data are affected because some people love their families and have alcoholic drinks together. So it means their love is relevant. And there are also some who comes to gatherings but are only there for the food or presents. So it means their love is irrelevant. And because of that I can say that love has many uses and meanings. It just depends on the type of person having these specific emotions.
Love can become our greatest gift because love is a priceless thing that comes from the heart and it cannot be bought with money. And love shows how much you value them. I want them to realize what love really is. And how essential love is to every person.

When you were one-and-twenty
When I was one-and-twenty

Description
Alfred Edward Housman, usually known as A. E. Housman, was an English classical scholar and poet, best known to the general public for his cycle of poems A Shropshire Lad. Lyrical and almost epigrammatic in form, the poems wistfully evoke the dooms and disappointments of youth in the English countryside.

"When I was one twenty" is a poem written by Housman.
The poem was all about self irony as he recounts how he learned the hard way through actual experience what wiser people tried to teach him.I created my response through the perspective of the wise man and on how he felt. I also created my response by thinking if i was the wise man what would I say to this poem, How would I respond
When you were one-and-twenty
Reginald F. Abellanosa
When you were one-and-twenty
I told you what I knew
But you never listened,
Everything I said to you was true
Your eyes then slowly glistened
As you realize what you had done
Everything I said to you was true
Your eyes then slowly glistened
As you realize what you had done
When you were one-and-twenty
All you thought about was fun
When you were one-and-twenty
I told you once again
All the things that I had learned
All the things that I had learned
It was for us careless men
What I gave to you was plenty
As I truly cared for you
And now you're two-and-twenty
And now you're two-and-twenty
It's like you're someone new

Hypertension
Commonly in this point of time. People eat a lot these days. And not think of their health and how much they eat. And because of that they go obese. And if they are not eating healthy foods they will get a lack of fruits and vegetables. And those two are factors of Hypertension. That is the disease we are going to talk about. It's Symptoms, Causes, Prevention, and how to treat it. For you to be informed and change for the better.
We drew this drawing because for us it perfectly describes/compliments our diseases. If you are asking what the drawing means. Each part of the drawing has its own meaning. The bar resembles the blood pressure. The meat represents the cause. And the man on the wheelchair and woman in the bed shows the effects when untreated. Hypertension is a term used when you have an abnormally high blood pressure.and this disease can be gotten from traits or the way you eat.Hypertension is a primary risk factor for cardiovascular disease, including stroke, heart attack, heart failure and aneurysm.Keeping blood pressure under control is vital for preserving health and reducing the risk of these dangerous conditions. It is easily preventable and treatable by eating healthy, managing your eating habits and engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity, aerobic exercise every week, or 75 minutes a week of high intensity exercise. People can also use specific medications to treat hypertension. Doctors will often recommend a low dose at first. Anti-hypertensive medications will usually only have minor side effects. Eventually, people with hypertension will need to combine two or more drugs to manage their blood pressure. It is a disease that can easily be treated but is such a huge problem in the Philippines. 21% of people have this disease and 12.7% of people die from this disease. And our opinion on this is that hypertension is actually a serious disease in the Philippines and should be taken in consideration.
Hypertension is one of those common diseases in the Philippines and in other countries. And because of this disease, many Filipino's spend a lot of money just to treat this disease. And those who are unlucky and have no money to pay have perished because of this disease. There are several different brands of these drugs on the market, but among the better known are Procardia XL, Norvasc, Cardizem CD and Adalat CC. The annual cost of high blood pressure treatment with these drugs, which are taken daily, ranges from $740 to $990 a year. Which in our currency $740 to $990 turns into 39960 pesos and 53460 pesos. and per month it would turn into 3330 pesos to 4455 pesos per month. In other words it would be such a budget hassle because you have to add 3330 pesos each month just for medication. Which is actually a huge amount of money and increases the budget per month.
So in other words. We should take care of our body before it is too late because everyone knows that prevention is better than cure.

How to properly empathize the right person
In today's generation a lot of people are faking depression just to get some attention. And for people to empathize them. It's not like before, people were so easy to read. Nowadays people fake feelings everyday like it's a daily activity for them. And if they think they're depressed maybe they are misinterpreting sadness with depression. To find out how to properly empathize the right person I have created a list on how to do it.
And here we go.
1.Seek the person who needs help. *By talking to them or trying to put yourself in their situation*
2.Observe that person. *To make sure he has depression* There are many ways to know if they are depressed, One of those is inflicting self harm and the will to commit suicide.*
3.Try to talk to that person *To find out more about them and how to help them*
4.Find out if they have sadness or depression. *So you won't get confused and mixed up on the occasion.
5.Try to help (show them compassion and try to feel what they feel) them to the best of your ability. *So they would loosen up*
6.Have an in depth conversation. *To lessen their problem. Because having someone to talk to when you are depressed is actually such a huge help to lessen the weight of it.*
7.Be friends with them. *To ensure they don't befall the same problem again.
8.Good job, You have helped a person in need. :)
I wrote this because it is such a huge problem in the society.
And it can affect the reader and the society in so many ways. one of these is it can lessen the percentage of suicide per year from depression, And people could go many ways if there was someone that would understand them. And help them through all their problems

ACT-IS UNITED IN LOVE
It was June 27 2019, a day where an event was happening in our school which is called "Family Day" a regular event in which schools ask there parents to come to school in an assigned date. It is an idea created to make the bond of the family stronger and also let's the students take time to rest from all the school activities and have fun away from all their stress.
In our school each sections were assigned students to have a pair to create their own T-shirt design and the best design chosen by the parents and the adviser of the section will be used during the family day, but sadly enough me and my partner wasn't chosen for a good reason because the chosen design was actually good and they even won 4th place in the shirt design competition. Each sections were also asked to prepare an intermission number of the students with their parents dancing, all of the sections were practicing every day including us. There were several competitions in the Family day namely the I got it from my mom and dad, Hot mommy Hot daddy, etc.. I wanted to win a prize from the raffle or the bingo. When the raffle started i was actually excited and hoping to win but sadly I wasn't able to win from the raffle and two of my classmates actually one One of them was jr Mabala. And the other one was Kendrick Bernabat, even if i didn't win the raffle I still had my hopes up for the bingo and because it was already late the PTA or the ones who held the event decided that the prizes would be done in a raffle. Because of that I said to my classmate that I wont win this because my luck is so bad but the first name that was called was me I was happy and all but most especially I was shocked. I didn't know what I won but when I went to claim my prize they gave me a envelope. They only told me it was money inside but I didn't know the exact amount. When I opened it there was 300 pesos inside it, I was so delighted to win that much money

The tale of Guno and Koyo
Introduction
Guno and Koyo is an Indonesian story written by Harold Courlander.
Harold Courlander was an American novelist, folklorist, and anthropologist and an expert in the study of Haitian life. The story has two or more lessons that you should remember in life.
When you read the first part you would think that it was just all for fun and has no essential value
and doesn't have any lesson whatsoever. But when you get to the middle part going to the end you realize your opinion was wrong and there was more to it than just a simple story.
Body
The story mentioned the word "Hadji" which according to the internet means "Hadji" is a title and prefix added to an existing family name that is awarded to a person who has successfully completed the Hajj to Mecca. Hadji's are usually aged people.
Java is an island in Indonesia. It is located between Sumatra and Celebes Java has a population of over 141 million. Java is home to 56.7 percent of the Indonesian population and is the world's most populous island. Everywhere in Java, Sumatra and Celebes, the people know of two men named Guno and Koyo and whenever they hear of them they smile. For the name Guno means “Helpful” and Guno is really a very unhelpful man; and while Koyo’s name means “rich”, Koyo in fact never has any money at all. Whatever he manages to get his hands on, Guno the “Helpful”, one helps him lose.
I think Guno and Koyo robbed the old "Hadji" was because he was rich. and the villager chased them because the "Hadji" (in muslim culture) was respected because he completed the Hajj to Mecca. And they were also being so noisy.
After the failed robbery of the two boys, they are known to the people in Java, Sumatra and Celebes. And people tell their friends who tries to get out of a ridiculous act that "Dont go swimming in a dry riverbed." Because that was the way Guno and Koyo did to try to escape. The saying is a warning to anyone who is planning to do a ridiculous act that wont do anything good.
Conclusion
I realized that after writing this. that this story is a story that is meant to be enjoyed and learned upon. It teaches everyone not to do silly acts just like Guno and Koyo. And think of the consequences of your actions.

Autobiography
Extrovert
"Hayahaya nato oi!"
It was a hot afternoon on a Sunday. I and my cousins went on an ordinary trip,we just walked from Duljo to CIT. We went there and played computer because that is what we always do on Saturdays and Sundays. We got bored so we thought about going somewhere else. My cousin said.
"Boringa dinhi oi, Adto ta SM na pero maglakaw lang ta kai wa tai pang plete"
And so we walked all the way from CIT to SM seaside. And while we were walking we talked so that the trip would be fun and enjoyable. When we were almost there we thought about a "problem".
"Asa man ta mangaon ani alas 8 na wa pa tay kaon"
"Mamalit lang ta"
"Unsaon man nato pagpalit ug pagkaon kung wa tai kwarta."
And so we stood still and thought. Our plan was to buy bread because it is cheap.
And so we bought bread in the supermarket. When we were there, we saw someone giving free samples. My cousin said
"tan-awa ohh libre ra kaon mangayo ta na."
So we went and asked. They kindly gave us some but the who gave us said only one per customer. So I said, I would do anything she said, She told me to shout
"Ali namo free samples."
My cousins were somewhat the shy type so I was the one that did it. And then as promised she gave us more. and that was one of the most memorable experiences of my life.
Open Letter
July 5, 2018
An open letter to Parents:
Hello, to all the parents in the world, thank you. For doing everything you can for us
You went and helped us through thick and thin. Even if you scold us;
We all know you are only doing it so that we can realize what we did wrong.
They say nothing can compare to a parent's love.
We say the only thing that could compare to a parents
love is the love that Children give to their parents.
All we can say is thank you. From the bottom of our hearts.
For taking care of us through the years
From Sons and daughters
